REQUEST FOR TECHNICAL AND COMMERCIAL INFORMATION – RTCI
THE PARANAGUÁ AND ANTONINA PORTS ADMINISTRATION – APPA (Brazil), hereby notify is initiating a legal procedures of an international procurement for the purchase a TSHD – Trailing Suction Hopper Dredger.
The Dredge must obey the following parameters:
1. Requirements
· Dredger type: TSHD.
· Built from 2004 to 2009.
· Capacity of hopper: 4.000 to 6.000 m³.
· Twin Main engines, propellers and rudders.
· Draft: Less than 7,5 meters when loaded.
· Dredging operation trailing depth: More than 20 meters.
· Spares of all parts susceptible to wear and tear.
· Documentation: Ready to sail and sufficient to obtain Brazilian flag.
· Dredger type: TSHD.

The price asked in the commercial offer must be in US$, and include delivery to the port of Paranaguá, Brazil.
In this requesting phase we are asking for technical data and a commercial offer. We intend to make a final call for prices and conditions following this initial phase.
